A full plan and scope, with an AI render so you see the finished room before we cut a single tile.

Proposal & Scope Refinement
An itemized estimate. We settle the scope together; the price reflects the standards behind the result, and we redesign to a budget rather than cut quality.

Material Planning
You own the materials. We handle the lists, the ordering, and the delivery.

Scheduling
A deposit, and firm start and finish dates on the calendar.

Site Protection
We seal off the through-areas and set a clean cutting station before a wall comes down.

Construction
Demo, blocking, licensed subs for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, then waterproofing, tile, trim, and fixtures. One crew, start to finish.

Quality Assurance
Every pan flood-tested, every tile held flat with level clips, every edge dressed and cleaned.

Final Walk-through
We walk it together and sign it off. Nothing is finished until you would put your name to it too.
